The Sport

What Is Padel?

Padel is a racket sport played in doubles on an enclosed court roughly one-third the size of a tennis court. What makes it unique: balls can be played off the surrounding glass and metal walls — extending rallies and creating a dynamic, fast-paced game that's accessible to beginners and deeply strategic for experienced players.

Born in Mexico, refined in Spain, and now spreading rapidly across the US — padel is the sport that clubs, resorts, developers, and HOAs are building to attract and retain members. The court footprint is compact. The ROI is not.

What We Build

Full-Build Padel Services

01

Slab & Foundation

Post-tension concrete slab engineered specifically for padel — laser-graded to regulation fall specifications, post-tensioned for crack resistance, finished to the tight tolerances that glass enclosure systems demand.

02

Enclosure Systems

Supply and installation of panoramic glass back walls, tempered safety glass side panels, galvanized steel structural framing, and mesh upper sections. We install both panoramic and standard enclosure configurations.

03

Surface & Striping

Acrylic playing surface in your choice of color, applied over the prepared slab. Regulation IPF line striping, net system installation, and door/gate hardware included.

04

Lighting

LED floodlight systems mounted to the enclosure structure, calibrated to 500+ lux at court level — meeting the international standard for competitive play. Programmable controls available.

05

Multi-Court Complexes

Planning a club facility or multi-court development? We design and build padel court complexes from 2 to 10+ courts, with shared enclosure walls and phased construction available to manage costs and cash flow.

06

Site Consulting

Not sure if your site works for padel? We'll assess drainage, soil, sun orientation, zoning setbacks, and access requirements — and provide a written recommendation before any contracts are signed.

The Opportunity

The Mid-South Padel Market Is Wide Open.

In Europe and Latin America, padel courts outnumber tennis courts in major cities. In the US, demand is building fast — but court supply is near zero outside a handful of coastal metros. Memphis and Nashville are wide open.

FOR CLUBS & FACILITIES

A single padel court accommodates 4 players simultaneously in a format that drives member engagement and social play. Shorter learning curve than tennis means faster adoption. Courts pay for themselves through memberships, drop-in fees, and clinics.

FOR DEVELOPERS & HOAs

A padel court in a residential amenity package is a market differentiator. The compact footprint (200m²) fits where a tennis court cannot. Premium buyers are asking for it by name.

FOR PRIVATE ESTATES

Padel is the sport your guests actually want to play. Its social format — always doubles — makes it ideal for private entertaining. A backyard padel court is the new tennis court for the next generation.

Questions Answered

Padel Court FAQs

A complete padel court in the Mid-South typically ranges from $80,000 to $150,000+ depending on enclosure specification, lighting, site preparation, and surface finish. Panoramic glass back walls command a premium over standard mesh. Multi-court builds reduce per-court costs through shared enclosure walls and site mobilization. Contact us for a free site assessment and detailed estimate.
A regulation padel court is 10 meters wide × 20 meters long (33 ft × 66 ft) with a minimum overhead clearance of 6 meters (20 ft). The total footprint including surrounding safety zones is approximately 12m × 22m. This is roughly one-third the footprint of a tennis court — an important factor for indoor installations and tight sites.
In some cases, yes. A standard tennis court (23m × 11m) can fit one padel court with appropriate setbacks. The existing concrete slab may be reusable depending on condition, though post-tension concrete typically cannot be modified without engineering review. We assess each court individually. Conversion is often more cost-effective than new construction when the slab is in good condition.
From groundbreaking to first serve: 4–8 weeks for a single court, depending on site conditions, concrete curing schedule, and enclosure system lead times. Enclosure components are typically imported and may have lead times of 6–12 weeks — we factor this into scheduling from day one. We provide a project timeline with every proposal.
Yes — multi-court builds are our specialty. Shared enclosure walls between adjacent courts reduce per-court materials cost significantly. We have built multi-court sports complexes throughout the Mid-South and can handle site planning, engineering, permitting coordination, and phased construction for large facilities.
Padel courts are typically finished in acrylic color coat over concrete (similar to tennis hard courts) or with artificial grass. Both are IPF-approved. Acrylic surfaces on post-tension concrete offer superior longevity in the Mid-South climate. Artificial grass adds cushion and a distinct playing feel but requires more maintenance. We install both and advise based on your use case.
